Description- This pure Arabica blend is chosen by specific regions of quality and character from Central American Highlands. The resultant medium roast delivers a perfect balance which is often referred to as the sweet-point- where the harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity is reached and a very pleasant taste produced. This coffee will blind taste against other celebrated 100% Arabica blends with great results.
What We Think- A good example of a 100% Arabica, Italian Roasted coffee, to be properly enjoyed a group machine is best. Very delicate and low on body, but don’t be fooled the high acidity makes up for that!
